If you've never practiced Yoga before, or if you are a seasoned Yogi then you're welcome with Golden Mandala Yoga.

We will combine Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative classes to offer a range of movement and expression.

CEREMONY AND CELEBRATION

We will incorporate the elements in our teaching and retreat.

A fire ceremony closing the retreat with intention and journal writing classes included.
